Ishio Kushiyama is a barber who has the special ability to identify anyone by just a single strand of hair. One day, high schooler Touko Sannomiya asks for his help to solve the serial murders that are happening. He accepts if she lets him cut her beautiful hair and together they go on to solve serial murder cases.
