Uno did not expect to reunite with his former student and lover, Ron Someya, at the same cram school where they first met a year ago. Back then, the two had struck an acquaintance due to Someya's refusal to return home amid tensions between his parents. Despite the unromantic circumstances that brought them together, they learned to take pleasure in one another. However, once Uno began doubting the truth of Someya's family situation, his conscience led to their breakup.

Now, Someya is also a teacher in training, just like Uno had been. Someya proposes that they resume dating until one of them starts liking someone else. Uno finds himself easily imitating the happy bygone days of their relationship; but when another misunderstanding arises, Uno suddenly questions the divide between reality and make-believe.
