Puerto Rico, 198X. Musashi Mamiya, a boy who dreams of encountering intelligent extraterrestrial life, pleads with the genius astronomer Aira Isaki to let him become her assistant. Aira is known as the "Witch of Oswald", and at her house he finds a mysterious "Sleeping Beauty" who's been asleep for 10 years.
