After graduating from high school in the United States, Eric finally returns to Japan to see his childhood friend, Nao. It has been 13 years since he left. Nao is growing up and must be beautiful now. Eric has been secretly longing for her. But when he calls at Nao's house, the person who answers the door is a bearded, frowning man who is wearing nothing but a pair of underpants. To Eric's astonishment, he is Nao! Nao is a man!
